Maine 2026

The Milky Way over Lake St. George.

For this image, myself and my partner stepped away from our campsite and sat in the grass nearby the shore of Lake St. George in Maine. I set up my DSLR and began capturing the scene as we explored the constellations. Some persistent clouds and the rising Moon created inhomogeneities in the background, but the nebulosity across the Milky Way still takes center-stage here.
